1. Using Buzzinga

Buzzinga connects households, collectors, dealers, recyclers and businesses so recyclable material keeps circulating. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details when you register with your mobile number.

2. Rates and estimated value

Rates shown in the app are indicative and used only to estimate the value of your material. The final amount depends on the actual weight, quality and verification carried out at the time of pickup or delivery.

3. Pickups

Sellers must keep material accessible and safely packed. Hazardous, medical, radioactive and explosive waste is not accepted. Collectors may decline material that is misdescribed or unsafe.

4. Listings and orders

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including quantity, quality and price. Orders are agreements between the purchaser and the dealer. Buzzinga does not take title to material and does not process payments in this release.

5. Conduct

Do not misuse the platform, post misleading listings, harass other users or attempt to circumvent security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Liability

Buzzinga is provided on an as-is basis during this pilot. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trades arranged through the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Buzzinga after an update means you accept the revised terms.
