What we collect
Your mobile number, the name and address you enter, pickup locations you choose on the map, listings and orders you create, and photos you upload for listings.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching pickups with collectors, showing listings to purchasers, calculating estimated value, and letting matched parties contact each other.
What others can see
Phone numbers are masked until a pickup is assigned or an order is accepted. Dealers see the pickup address only for requests they take on. Listing photos are stored privately and served through short-lived links.
Location data
Map search and address lookup run through our own servers so third-party map keys are never exposed in the app. We store only the coordinates and address you confirm.
Retention and control
We keep your records while your account is active so you can see your history. Contact support to correct your details or request deletion of your account and data.
